Refund Policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
The short version: there is a fourteen-day free trial before any charge, and if you are charged anyway and do not want it, email us within fourteen days and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
Who takes your payment
Payments for tuckit are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt and on your card or bank statement, and Paddle issues the refund once we approve it. The service itself is operated by 시드업 (SeedUp), a sole proprietorship registered in Seoul, Republic of Korea, business registration number 818-03-03767, represented by Jaegyun Jung.
Before you are ever charged
tuckit starts with fourteen days free and does not ask for a card to begin. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged then either — the trial does not roll into a paid subscription by itself.
The refund window
If you have been charged, you can ask for a refund of that payment within fourteen days of the charge. We refund it in full. We do not ask for a reason, and we do not reduce it in proportion to how much you used the service in the meantime.
This applies to each individual payment, including a renewal you did not mean to let happen. It is the case we expect most often, and it is the case this policy exists for.
Outside that window
After fourteen days we do not refund a payment as a matter of course, for one reason: cancelling is immediate and self-service, so the way to not pay for the next month is to cancel before it starts. Two exceptions we will always honour:
- you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, or charged an amount that does not match the price on our pricing page;
- the service was substantially unavailable for a sustained part of the period you paid for.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, without asking us. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end the period you have already paid for, so you keep access until that period runs out.
Cancelling never deletes anything. Your areas, work items, specs, steps and history stay exactly as they are, and you can export all of it whenever you like. If you want the data gone, delete your account — that is a separate, deliberate action.
How to ask
Email billing@tuckit.dev from the address on the account, or use the contact route on your Paddle receipt. Tell us which payment you mean if there has been more than one; you do not need to tell us anything else.
We reply within three business days. Once approved, Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method, and how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank — usually a few business days, sometimes longer for international cards.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
